As reported, on 14 July the Prosecutor General’s office Dobkin handed a notification on suspicion of committing crimes under articles of fraud and abuse of power. In particular, he is suspected of abuse of office and promoting the fraud with the land in Kharkov.
A day earlier, on 13 July, the Parliament voted to lift the parliamentary immunity of Mikhail Dobkin, and also approved his detention and arrest.
On 15 July the Pechersky district court of Kyiv ruled to detain for two months the people’s Deputy from the faction of the Opposition bloc Mikhail Dobkin and set bail at 50 million.
