Head of the NJSC “Naftogaz of Ukraine” Andrey Kobelev during his visit to the United States discussed the possibility of American LNG supplies gas to Ukraine.
He told American reporters.
According to him, an important obstacle to this remains the position of Turkey, which prohibit the passage of LNG tankers through the Bosporus. The movement through the Strait more dangerous goods are allowed.
“We hope that the new US diplomatic efforts will help to solve this problem,” — said Kobolyev.
The head of the NAC also thanked the us senators for a vote on the sanctions and expressed the hope that these restrictions will soon be applied to companies that are associated with the Nord stream-2.
