“Know-how” in Poland: the country will be the first residential village on the water

"Ноу-хау" в Польше: в стране появится первый жилой поселок на воде The first floating apartments will be available in spring 2017

Poland’s first residential village on the water is based on Germanskom canal on the outskirts of Warsaw. As expected, the first floating apartment will be available in spring 2017.

First in the village will be built 10 homes with energy-saving basis.

As noted, despite the existence of such architectural and urban planning decisions in other countries, Poland does not have need for such solutions, the initiative became popular.

“The Foundation of the house platform area of 6 by 12 meters, which is stable, does not require the preservation and resistant to frost Foundation,” said one of the authors of the project, architect Alexander mahovsky.

According to her, the layout of the house is free – everyone can make a choice between three small bedrooms or one large living room.

“You can even create two separate apartments on one platform,” say the designers.

The price of one such house on the water – PLN 399 thousand ($100 thousand). This amount includes its connection to all necessary infrastructure, equipment platform, connection to Sewerage and electricity, and a place to Park the car on the beach.

Mortgage program does not apply to a new project, because the house is “worth” on the water, not on land. Instead, they propose long-term rentals, leasing under the economic activities and other options.

The village itself, by the standards of modern urban planning, is located in the industrial zone, but the creators see a plus in this arrangement: at any time the owner can hire a boat and “float away” to another city of Poland, with the river and the necessary infrastructure.
