Cartoonist Sergei Elkin ridiculed in his new creation, the “male” response to the Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev, the Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, who found the second person of the Russian Federation billions of dollars in property and revealed his corruption scheme, reports the observer.
