The visit will last two days.
During 26 – 27 November 2017, the Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin will pay an official visit to Israel.
“The scheduled meeting of foreign Minister of Ukraine Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu, defense Minister of Israel Avigdor Lieberman, the individual Ministers, the leadership and members of the Knesset and the leadership of the Israeli foreign Ministry”, – said in the announcement.
According to the Ministry, with the Minister of environmental protection of Israel, Minister of Jerusalem and of Jewish heritage, co-chair of the Joint intergovernmental Ukrainian-Israeli Commission on trade and economic cooperation Zeev Elkin Klimkin will discuss the status of implementation of the agreements on the results of the 10th meeting of the Commission.
In particular, the Ministers will determine the future path of practical cooperation and to enhance cooperation on economic and investment trends in the sphere of high technologies and startups in Ukraine.
The foreign Ministry also said that the economic component of the visit, apart from discussing specific issues with leadership of Israel includes a visit by the Minister to offices of leading Israeli scientific-production and start-up companies and technology transfer Centre the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
