Klimkin responded to the expulsion of the Ukrainian Consul of Hungary

“We do not violate international law, Hungarian law, and generally act as expected of diplomats,” – said Klimkin.

According to him, expelled from the Hungarian diplomat will be employed in the representative office of the foreign Ministry in Uzhgorod.

On 4 October Ukraine declared persona non grata the Consul of Hungary in Beregovo and ordered to leave the country within 72 hours.

In response, the foreign Minister of Hungary péter Szijjártó announced the expulsion of a Consul of Ukraine.
