“We desperately need additional control over the movement of Russian citizens and that doing the Russian special services. This is the aim of the introduction from January 1, biometric control at the entrance to Ukraine and applications for entry,” he explained.
After that, the Minister said, Ukraine will need to take “further steps” to reduce the threat of penetration into the country of hostile elements.
