The interviewed experts agree that the summer should not expect the increase in demand and prices, but buying interest in private homes can be revived.
“In the summer the number of views can increase up to 50%, because the warmer buyers more actively choose property outside the city”, – believes Alexander Minaev. She predicts that will increase the number of views. This trend will continue until the end of October 2017. This increase in interest will not affect the number of transactions — the rate would remain at the level of the summer of 2016.
This is the opinion of Vladimir Kundra. “The interest in vacation property in the summer will increase, but sales will remain at the same level,” – said the realtor, linking the situation of low purchasing power. Oksana Sheremet’ev adds that the prices in the summer can be somewhat reduced. This situation is due to reorientation of buyers to overseas real estate markets. “Often those who amassed enough money to buy a country estate, prefer to invest in the purchase of a home abroad.
