Kiev: the alien brutally murdered for refusing to give a cigarette

The crime was committed in October of this year.

In Kiev, a man was beaten to death by a foreigner, who asked for a cigarette. About it reported in Department of communications of the Kiev police.

The murderer was arrested immediately, but the police had enough evidence for prosecution, so the man was released. After the examinations, it turned out that the suspect’s shoes proved to be blood of the deceased foreigner.

“The victim – 40-year-old citizen of another country, without a certain residence. The next day we tracked down the native of Donetsk region, which could be involved in the murder of a foreigner. Direct evidence at the time we didn’t have, so let him go,” – said the police.

The malefactor told that on the day of the murder he was walking down the street, saw a passerby and asked him for a cigarette. He refused, from-for what between them the fight started.

“The suspect claims that he defended himself and repeatedly struck the victim on the head. He fell down, but continued to swear, so the attacker threw him on the head with a piece of concrete,” added the police.
