As noted in a press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Kiev, in the procedural management of the Kiev local Prosecutor’s office No. 5 Obolonskiy ck in g. Kiev in the course of conducting activities exposed and detained a group of persons that may 3, 2017 committed an armed assault on jewelry store “the Capital jewelry factory” and stole jewelry valued at about $ 3.5 million.
“During expeditious actions 26.05.2017 was arrested three residents of Kyiv region on suspicion in Commission of assault on jewelry store “the Capital jewelry factory”, – reported in Department.
In addition, according to the press service, during the searches at the place of residence of the defendants seized gold jewellery and cash.
Currently, the Prosecutor said, these persons preparing the notice under part 4 of article 187 of the criminal code of Ukraine (the robbery directed on the acquisition of property in especially large sizes, carried out by an organized group) and the petition for election measures of restraint.
