The court directed a motion to dismiss the officer from office.
Business Manager of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine reported on suspicion of committing a crime under part 2 St. 364 (abuse of power or official position) the criminal code of Ukraine.
“In 2014, an employee of the Academy without carrying out the mandatory independent valuation of the property in violation of the current legislation of Ukraine and their official powers, have signed the settlement agreement on transfer of shares of real estate, built on a plot of NAS of Ukraine, Vasylkivska str located in goloseyevsky district of the capital, is groundless in this case changing the subject of the claim”, – said the Agency.
As a result of the Academy suffered damage amounting to more than 21.7 million UAH.
Now the court directed a motion to dismiss the officer from office.
