Kiev: motorists staged a showdown with the shooting on the road

The conflict broke out because of jealousy.

The duty of the Dnipro police Department received a report that the car “Audi” on Kharkiv highway is a man with a gunshot wound to the chest, lots of blood.

Before the arrival of law enforcement authorities the victim was admitted to the hospital. During working off of this offense, the police soon arrested the “arrow”.

The attacker said that he went to meet a friend and saw her ex-husband, who was riding next to cars. Later, both stopped on the roadway, to sort things out. In the future the suspect through an open window shot at the opponent, then went on.

Seized the weapon from which shot from Kiev, sent on examination.

On this fact the investigative Department of Dneprovsky police Department opened criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 121 (Deliberate heavy injury) Criminal code of Ukraine.

To the detainee it is declared suspicion and the measure of restraint in form of house arrest.

He faces up to eight years of imprisonment.
