Yesterday in the Dneprovsky district of Kiev there was a kidnapping. Two unknown men forcibly dragged a woman into a car. Citizen, walked around the city with a dog and did not expect such a nightmare, but the attacker was their plan: they jostled the woman in the car, and the dog left on the roadside and fled the scene.
Note that the incident occurred closer to three p.m. yesterday, November 18. Men were purposefully waiting for his victim, and after she was in a convenient place for them, they made some maneuver, “holding” the woman with two sides: one of the kidnappers was behind the wheel of a car parked on the roadside and the second was waiting on the street.
