“A creative man. Did not know the history of this balcony,” commented the Yaroslav.
In comments to record locals told us that the apartment with an unusual balcony living artist who previously illustrated children’s books, and now draws similar posters and paints the feathers of pigeons. Also, the neighbors of the artist said that such works often appear on her apartment door, and their content is different each time.
