This is stated in the statement of the foreign Ministry.
“Forced to state once again that Russia still has not fulfilled a single item of the Minsk agreements. It is obvious that there is absolutely no political will of Moscow to fulfill them”, – stated in it.
As noted by the speaker of the foreign Ministry Marian Betz, of the events of the past month was a demonstration demonstration of the Kremlin’s intention to continue the policy of escalation begun armed conflict, and unwillingness to adhere to the undertaken obligations”, – she said.
The foreign Ministry spokesman stressed that “nationalization” of enterprises “authorities” of the breakaway republics – a powerful blow to the Ukrainian economy, since these businesses were in the legal field of Ukraine, pay taxes to the Ukrainian budget, including military duty in support of the Armed forces, provided for the employment of citizens of Ukraine, supported by metallurgy as one of the key sources of foreign exchange earnings.
She recalled that due to the “nationalization” of the fighters of the Ukrainian enterprises located in the occupied territories and the growing threats to economic and energy security of Ukraine, 15 March 2017, the Council decided to “temporarily, until Russia fulfils safety provisions of the Minsk agreements, as well as to return under Ukrainian jurisdiction captured by enterprises to stop the movement of goods across the line of contact”.
The Ministry called on foreign partners to respect this decision as no alternative under the circumstances.
Ukraine, for its part, will continue to adhere to the Minsk agreements and to make efforts to implement them in full, said the Minister.
