Kiev developers increased payments for share participation

The total amount of share participation, paid Kiev developers in 2016, doubled compared to 2015 year – up to UAH 500 million.

“In 2016, was paid more than UAH 500 million of share participation. It is twice more than in 2015,” – said the press service of Kyiv city state administration (KCSA) with reference to the first Deputy head of Kyiv city state administration Gennady FPGA. According to him, the city budget 2017 share participation laid down 250 million UAH.

“What will happen this year, given the reduction in the rate from 10% to 2% for non-residential property and from 4% to 2% for residential, it is difficult to predict. Many, of course, it will be cheaper to pay now, so maybe surge. But given the political and economic situation in the country, who want to build may become smaller. Due to the base reduction which shall be paid the share contribution, the amount listed in the budget shares can be considerably less,” the official said.
