Kiev developers can get a discount when paying for the shares

The city Council is going to make clarifying changes to the Procedure for payment of share participation developers in the capital budget.

Such decision was accepted at meeting of the constant Commission of city Council on budget and socio-economic development.

That is, a 50% discount will be only those who have signed in 2017 the contract in the schedule of payment of share participation deadline is specified – until the end of 2017.

“The procedure of payment of share participation only works for those contracts which are concluded after January 1, 2017, when the Order came into force. Schedule for the payment of share participation is a mandatory part of the agreement on payment of share participation in the creation and development of infrastructure of the city. If the developer does not pay the unit until the end of the year, it violates the terms of the contract and will have to pay a large penalties.
