Private enterprise has not fulfilled its obligations for the development of transport and social infrastructure.
The Kyiv Prosecutor’s office in court requires to recover from the construction company almost 41 mln. mutual contributions to the development of the infrastructure of the city.
So, the Department of economy and investments of Kyiv city state administration and the private company entered into the equity agreement in the creation and development of engineering-transport and social infrastructure of the city in connection with the construction of the office center at St. Demetrius in the Shevchenko district of the capital.
“But your obligations under the contract the enterprise is not fully completed, which led to shortfall in capital budget these funds”, – reported in Prosecutor’s office.
In this regard, the city Prosecutor’s office in the Economic court of Kiev made the claim about compulsory collecting of debts in favour of the city budget.
