Kiev “cut through” the drunk employee of the Russian Consulate

The driver claimed that didn’t drink.

In Kiev, a patrol stopped a car with Russian diplomatic plates. For it was driven by a drunk driver.

So, the police were called by passersby who saw the drunk man gets behind the wheel.

As it became known to the Chronicle.info, after a stop, the driver immediately called an employee of the Russian Consulate.

Together they at first did not understand Ukrainian, which was spoken by the patrol, and then assured that the driver could not drink alcohol, because now the post and drink on palm Sunday – a great sin.

When the patrol offered to take the Alcotest the driver refused.
