Kiev cops “tied” Georgian “thief in law”

In a special operation conducted by National police and special forces of the KORD on Friday, February 10, in Kiev was detained “thief in law”, the 42-year-old native of Georgia Gela Kardava.

“Kingpin” was detained after a meeting in one of the restaurants of the capital. He was removed, probably a fake Ukrainian passport in the name Golomby Oleg Romanovich, a native of Sevastopol. Kardava was crowned in Moscow in 1996, when he was 21.

The investigation has information that the “thief in law” is the intelligence officer of the interior Ministry involved in the organization of “commercial coronations” in the post-Soviet space. Verified information about his links with the Russian intelligence services, criminal groups and involvement in the Commission in Kiev crimes.

During communication with the operatives detained refused to discuss his criminal biography, saying that he is currently living in Russia, Turkey, Cyprus and Ukraine.
