Field investigators have detained group of thieves-scenaristov that was stolen from the car stuff for a total amount of 1200 UAH.
It is reported by the communications division of the police of Kiev.
As noted, employees operatively-search Department of criminal investigation Department who worked on the disclosure of crimes, noticed the suspicious actions of young people who came to the Opel. The car stopped around 18:00, Dorogozhitskaya str., near Babi Yar, near the parked Chevrolet Niva, whose owner went to the store. From the interior of the German car and two men got out, approached the Chevrolet, opened the trunk, took the things and hurried to his car. Only the thieves got into the cabin, the car drove off.
A block law enforcement officers stopped an Opel and called on a scene is investigative-task force of Shevchenkovsky police Department, which captured the offenses and seized evidence, including a scanner for “neutralization” of alarm and abducted mosquito tent and tuning of the arc. According to the victim, the total loss is 1200 UAH. The men were taken to the police Department.
The investigative Department began criminal proceedings under part 2 185 (theft) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The sanction of article provides imprisonment for a term of three to six months or limitation of liberty for a term up to five years or imprisonment for the same term.
32-year-old resident of the capital, previously convicted for theft, robbery and stealing documents, and 21-year-old native of Vinnytsia region, previously convicted of burglary, was detained in order St. 208 Criminal procedure code of Ukraine. At the request of investigators the court has arrested them.
