The author of the petition believes that the street is already warm and the heating is not necessary.
On the website of the Kyiv city Council was the petition “shall “Kyivenergo” to begin disabling the Central heating in Kiev immediately!”.
“Spring in the yard with temperatures holding steady above zero – “Kyivenergo” before I bought them heating does not think to stop, then sky-high bills come for the heat that we no longer need. To oblige “Kyivenergo” to begin disabling the Central heating in Kiev now!” – writes the author of the petition Andrew Oseledko.
The petition was registered on the website of the Council of 9 March and as at 20.00 Friday it has been signed by 300 people from 10 thousand. for the consideration of the document by Kiev authorities.
In “Naftogaz of Ukraine” noted that “the decision on the completion of the heating season is the responsibility of local authorities” and published in his Facebook page a hyperlink to the petition.
