PGNiG signed the contract with Ukrainian ERU.
Polish energy company Polskie Gornictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo (PGNiG) signed a contract with Energy Resources of Ukraine for the supply of gas to the gas transport system operator Ukrtransgaz.
This was reported in the press service of the Polish company.
The agreement provides for the supply of more than 200 million cubic meters of gas from October 2018 to 1 may 2019.
Raw materials will be used for own needs of the company. Best price offer determined the choice of the contractor.
According to Vice-President of PGNiG SA on commercial issues Maciej Vanak, the company offers its customers gas from different sources and directions, including LNG from Qatar, USA or Norway, with the European gas markets and the gas from PGNiG in Poland.
Note that from August 2016 until the end of June 2018 PGNiG SA exported to Ukraine more than 1.3 billion cubic meters of natural gas.
