Yesterday in Kiev, the residents of, not waiting for the police caught the thief.
One of the residents noticed that an unidentified man climbed a drainpipe and a knife opened the window of the neighboring apartment. She called the police. However, before the advent of law enforcement suspicious person was about to leave the scene.
Residents of the yard had to catch it yourself. Several men were waiting for him at home. Unknown jumped out of the window and tried to escape, but was captured.
The police arrived, when a part of their work was already done with concerned citizens.
