Hybrid Kia Niro has set a new record, which was registered in the Guinness Book of records.
The car spent of 3.07 liters per 100 km for almost 6,000 miles from Los Angeles to new York.
Thus, the South Korean crossover has set a new record for the most economical fuel consumption among hybrid cars.
South Korean car manufacturer Kia wanted to show that their hybrid crossover Niro. The car set a new world record for fuel economy, which was listed in the Guinness Book of records.
Serial, hybrid model, Kia Niro, without any additional modifications, failed to pass the order of 6,000 kilometers from Los Angeles to new York with an average fuel consumption of 3.07 liters per 100 kilometers. To overcome the entire distance the car took to fill up only 4 times.
This allowed the Kia Niro set the world record, which was recorded in the Guinness Book of records, becoming the most economical hybrid car in the world.
