The appellant stated that the economic entities violate the requirement of the current legislation on languages
In the Kherson region eight restaurants fined for violations of the law of Ukraine “On languages”. About it reports head Department of Rospotrebsoyuz.
The appellant, one and the same person, said that the economic entities violate the requirement of the applicable legislation on languages, namely: the information shown in the menu, on exhibition labels, in the cash receipts outlined in the Russian language, the staff of catering industry in customer service communicates in Russian.
It is noted that in the course of checking the facts stated in the complaint were true. To all the restaurants applied the administrative penalties stipulated in article 23 of the law of Ukraine “On protection of consumer rights”. Eight people were brought to administrative responsibility according to part 1 of article 155 of the Code of Ukraine “About administrative offenses”.
