Andrew Lesik from the session hall of the Kharkov city Council pushed the members of the municipal guard.
Appropriate instructions to the municipal guards gave the Chairman of the session, the mayor of Kharkiv Gennady Kernes.
Opening the session, mayor Kernes asked Lesik to leave space for members to sit in place for guests.
“Lesik Deputy is not, its powers are abolished, to date, he has no right to occupy the place where deputies work, so I ask our KP “Municipal guard” transplant Lesik,” – said Kernes.
When Lesik was approached by security, he yelled, “What are you doing?! Don’t touch me, respect the law.”
Kernes, in turn, asked not simply to transplant Lesik, and take it out of the room.
