Joke of the day: in the Russian court Internet called as a “witness”

This decision was made by the clerk of Tuva.

The Internet was in court as a defendant.

The Kyzyl city court of the Tyva Republic in Russia, was called as a witness in the case of a worldwide system of computer networks United for storing and transmitting information on the Internet. This was announced by Russian opposition leader and political analyst Konstantin Borovoy.

Borovoy published the photograph of a fragment of a court document in which the Internet identified as the defendant in the case.

“Sensation! Tuvan clerk was smart enough to subpoena the Internet! The Internet is called as a witness,” wrote the opposition leader.
