Japan is ready to continue anti-Russian sanctions
Official Tokyo is ready to continue sanctions against Russia, said the Ukrainian Ambassador to Japan Igor Kharchenko following the talks, first Deputy Prime Minister Stepan Kubiv in the Japanese capital.

The Cabinet of Japan has approved sanctions against Russia supporting the rebels in Eastern Ukraine on 5 August 2014 in support of Pro-Russian militants in the Donbass.
A month later the security Council of Japan decided to impose additional sanctions against Russia in terms of energy and Finance.
At the beginning of 2015, the Japanese side has ruled out the possibility of easing the anti-Russian sanctions, imposed because of Russian aggression in Ukraine.
