Externally, this car will feature unique design
The British manufacturer is considering to add to the family XE “charged” version of the SVR, which will compete with the Bavarian model.
Owned by Jaguar Land Rover Special Vehicle Operations division, which is responsible for the production of high-performance and ultra-luxury versions of existing models, is completing work on a BMW M3 rival – the Jaguar XE SVR.
Earlier versions of SVR was only in the lines of the Jaguar F-Type and Range Rover Sport. New model XE SVR will borrow from them nadobno V-shaped “eight” volume of 5.0 liters complete with eight-speed automatic transmission. The most powerful version of this engine produces 567 BHP and 700 Nm of torque. What impact will the XE SVR is not reported, but, as suggested by the publication AutoExpress, it will develop a capacity of about 500 HP is expected with this engine the Jaguar XE SVR will “shoot” from zero to first “hundred” in less than four seconds, while the current 336-strong flagship XE S performs this exercise in 5.1 seconds.
Probably, the appearance of such a car will differ extended wheel arches, aggressive bumpers and side skirts, unique wheel design, and enhanced brakes.
