Discovered dangerous quality ice cream.
American researchers have found that almost the most popular sweetness in the world — ice — cream- includes the element which can lead to cancer of the rectum.
These substances have become the two most used in the food industry emulsifiers: Polysorbate-80 (Е433) and carboxymethylcellulose (E466).
Experts report that since the second half of the 20th century the number of people with cancer rectal and colon, increased significantly. This is due to the fact that what happened in the intestinal microflora changes contribute to the emergence of ideal conditions for the formation of tumors. Emilia Winnoa noted that the main reason for this change was the environment.
In the course of the conducted on several groups of mice experiments, the researchers were able to confirm the involvement of such additives to the disease. Once in animal feed started to add emulsifiers, their microflora changed, resulting in increased likelihood of inflammation and excretion of molecules from which cells of the intestine are attacked from the immune system. In the intestines of mice more often began to appear malignant tumor.
Additive E466 is a common thickener and stabilizer, it is found in ice cream, mayonnaise, salad dressings, sauces and many other products. Supplement Е433 can be detected in muffins, yogurt, ice cream, margarine and butter.
