“Pivnitsa of Swidnicka” (Piwnica Świdnicka) – Europe’s oldest restaurant. For seven hundred years, he takes visitors, sitting in the town hall of the Polish city of Wroclaw.

The school opened in the XIII century, and it received the name because of the variety of beer from świdnica, which originally were served here. In these spacious halls once dined Frederic Chopin, Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, Friedrich Nietzsche and other famous personalities. Despite the bombing of 1945, the restaurant is perfectly preserved.
