“IT is shit”. Petersburg as clowns protest against the film, Mosketti

And this thing is contagious. Following the Western clowns who ganged up on Stephen king and the coming film adaptation of his novel “It,” and threw confetti on the fan and the Director of the Ekaterinburg circus, announcing that the film is about a clown killer will not give people anything useful, but the child’s psyche will certainly hurt. And who cares that the movie an adult rating of R? The main thing to remind us that we “must protect our Holy places, our culture, including its symbols of joy – clowns and circus”. Down Pennywise!

This, however, did not stop. Yekaterinburg colleague supported the clowns of the St. Petersburg theatre “the Comedian-Trust”. Today, the day of the premiere of the film Andres, Moschetti, they organized a protest-comic action “IT is shit”. She was represented by a solitary pickets near the walls of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg. In the case of used banners “IT’s not funny”, “IT’s not us! We don’t IT” and others. 20:00 the clowns are planning to move to the cinema “Aurora”. Beware.

Previously, these comrades made the following statement:

We, the collective theatre Association the Comedian-Trust, expressed its strong protest against the showing in the Russian Federation feature of the picture “IT” Director andrés, Mosketti.
We are clowns with thirty years of experience claimed – such, I may say, “artistic” films defame the honor of our profession, and offend the feelings of the clowns of our country. They denigrate the work of such prominent figures of Russian culture as a Pencil (Mikhail Rumyantsev) and his dog Klyaksa, Oleg Popov, Yuri Kuklachev and his team of cats, Yuri Nikulin, and many others. We haven’t seen the film, but we believe that this interpretation distorts the centuries emerging in our country a positive image of the clown as kind, clever and honest character. Denigration of a clown is an affront to our cultural and all other ties, the most sacred thing we have.
We call upon the entire progressive world community, people who value a happy childhood of their children and values of the national culture to oppose the screening of the film “IT”. Do not go to this movie and come to our theater.
