“Indicator of earnings is the GDP per capita. In Ukraine it is $2500 per person per year, in Poland — $12 500. While our fellow citizens will go to other countries to earn and not to work in their own country, nothing good will not” — summed up Pendzin.

And psychologists say: the myth that Ukrainians eat a lot, is not accidental, because in a crisis people often eat emotionally. “It is a degenerative habit. She’s coming with us of childhood, when grandmother or mother fed the children before bedtime, the child calmed down and slept well. So when adults eat during times of stress, they also fall into the child’s condition, not want to make any decisions. To get rid of this habit, you need to be aware of it, they say, why it is needed, and devalue. Preferably parallel to find a few of these bad habits, to understand them and to devalue all together. Then easier will be able to get rid of the habit of seizing the stress,” says psychologist Vadim Kolesnikov.
