It became known, what should be the salary of an honest judge

Refers to the salary of 75 minimum.

Judges of the constitutional court of Ukraine want to get paid, which is 45 times higher than the national average.

This is stated in the story TSN.

The new law on the constitutional court of Ukraine, which on 11 April failed in Parliament, says about the salary of 75 minimum. That’s 120 thousand UAH. At the same time for judges of the constitutional court will act spaceefficient: salaries just increased by 1.5 times. Thus, the salary will amount to 180 thousand UAH.

In addition, they will be able to get a premium for the work experience it – up to 72 thousand UAH and 36 thousand UAH for a degree. Monthly salary of a judge of the CCU will be 288 thousand UAH.

It is noted that the output will also be 288 thousand UAH, and pension – 230 thousand UAH.

At the moment the average salary in Ukraine is UAH 6475 and is 45 times less than the amount that you want to get constitutional judges.

The authors of the bill believe that this level of income would allow judges to be honest, other people’s representatives claim that this is blackmail on the part of judges.
