Over the past 3 years for the construction of the “Wall” on the border between Ukraine and Russia spent 622,5 million. For the time managed to build 400 km of the engineering fortifications.
This was stated by first Deputy head of the State border service Vasyl Servatus.
He said that most funds were allocated in 2015-2016 – then a budget of 400 and 200 million hryvnias. Six months of 2017 spent 22,5 million hryvnias.
At the same time, according to interior Minister Arsen Avakov: the end of the year on the project “the Wall” received UAH 300 million.
While in the State auditing service of Ukraine said that he had checked the budget funds for the implementation of the plan “the Wall”. However, to disclose this information to the audit service could not, because it is classified “Secret.”
