24% of Ukrainians believe that the normalization of relations between the two countries impossible. 10% believe that Russian-Ukrainian relations may develop in the near future.
In addition, 47% of respondents believe that Ukrainian-Russian relations can improve only when a change of government (President) in Russia.
43% said that the resumption of the friendship with Russia is possible only after de-occupation of Donbass.
The survey was conducted from 16 to 20 December 2016 in all regions of Ukraine, except Crimea and annexed the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
