Christmas town, according to tradition, will be located in Sofia, Mykhailivska squares and Vladimirsky passage. From 19 December to 14 January there will say “Nogod” — the word “neon”.
“This year’s theme — light and joy, and all will be connected with different shades. Will open festival the festival of lights, which we will hold for the first time. “If in previous years we numbered the garlands in the tens of kilometers, but this only on St. Sophia square will be 110 km of garlands! They will change color every day. Only on the opening day of “Pogoda” new year’s day and the closing day will feature a mix of different colors,” says Dobrutsky.
Tree, as before, will be alive. The organizers promise to make sure that it was at least a meter higher than last year, a 26-metre. Instead of toys it will be about thousands of glowing lanterns. The Christmas tree will be located amphitheatre with a length of 90 meters and a width of 4.5 meters from the cascade cascading garlands of flowers, resembling a star.
