On Friday, December 29, Israel formally notified the UN Organization for education, science and culture organization (UNESCO) on the exit of its composition. This was stated by Director General of Deathbed Azul.
The head of the organization said that deeply regrets this decision of Israel, which shall come into force on 31 December 2018.
Earlier, the government of Israel announced that beginning the procedure of withdrawal from UNESCO.
