The Deputy of Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg Boris Vishnevsky commented on the decision of Smolny to introduce compulsory wearing masks and disposable gloves in public places and transport, including taxis. The opinion he expressed in the post, published on the page in Facebook.
“Now, not only in store but on the street you can’t go out without a mask and gloves, without the risk of running into hefty fellows in the form of Regardie or the police, who would be happy to catch “offenders”,” — said the Deputy.
According to him, this decision is “the actual introduction of a new tax — “mask”, or “masono-glove” because citizens will have these masks and gloves to buy.” The additional costs will fall on people who are so deprived of work and income.
“If the state imposes on the citizens of some new responsibilities, it must compensate for real help. <…> Or — to establish finally direct payments,” — said Wisniewski.
