A group of American, Chinese and Israeli scientists presented a video which showed the implantation of a tiny robot into the human body. The machine is designed to deliver medicines directly to the affected organs.
Tiny robot can freely “travel” through the body along with blood. It consists of gold particles connected by silver loops, the length of which is 5 micrometers.
The motion of the robot are controlled by the magnetic field. In future the creation of such robots from biodegradable materials.
The first production model of this robot, the researchers plan to show in the next five years.
