Reputation is one of the most important assets of any enterprise. But it’s one thing to not do anything to increase it, and the other to increase, or at least not to destroy. As example, lead HZTM – the once glorious Kharkiv Malyshev plant – even some 25 years ago, his name resounded all over the world.
