Already there are indicators that should be reached by voting for amendments to the Constitution. 55% turnout and 75% approve of the amendment of the number of voters. It is easy to assume that the whole chain will focus on key figures and show a zeal in matters of PostScript and rigging.
That is typical — it is doubtful whether Russia can find a dozen people who can at least articulate what are the amendments to the Constitution. But indicators of General enthusiasm, already there are brought to the field. Power very uniquely interprets the concept of “legitimnost”, but there is one caveat — the easier amendments are accepted, the easier it will be to rolled back. Or even cancel mutilated the Constitution as totally unfit for real life.
