India plans to invest in green projects in Ukraine

Investors plan to start the implementation of projects.

Indian investors are interested in cooperation with Ukraine in the field of alternative energy.

It is reported by Government portal.

“The Ministry of energy and coal industry of Ukraine hosted the meeting, which was attended by the Ambassador of India in Ukraine Manoj Kumar Bharti and potential investors… the Indian side said that there are possibilities and interest for cooperation. In particular, there are many representatives that want to invest in alternative energy of Ukraine”, – stated in the message.

The press service noted that the important point of cooperation is to work on paperwork and permits to allow investors to start the projects.

Following the meeting, the sides expressed readiness to study the strategic plans in the energy sector and move to the next stage of cooperation.
