American with Ukrainian roots.
Someone draws paints, some pastels or ink. But the American painter of Ukrainian origin mark Heisman prefers to use for his work, ordinary packing tape. And I have to say, it got no worse than his colleagues with their traditional methods.
Heisman creates his unique works, pasting the tape on the glass panels that are illuminated from the back side.
A native of Kyiv and a graduate of MARKHI a big fan of the classics, and his work often repeats scenes from cult movies or famous celebrity photos.
To create this magical effect, the artist calculates every detail: it depends on the stacking order of layers of tape and a properly sized lighting.
Thanks brown packaging tape, most of the paintings of the Otto is made in a warm shade of Sepia.
The results of his work are so fascinating that they can be considered infinite.
