The child fell into an open manhole near the spot in Zaporozhye
The incident occurred today, November 17 in Kyiv. The child was walking near the pedestrian crossing, and fell into an open manhole.
In the end, to the drain no one else has failed, a hole “patched” with branches.
In the review the public was outraged over the incident.
