Earlier we wrote that the decision to hold at Bay a pack of aggressive stray dogs. In the beginning of the month the stray dogs in the eyes of the local resident and her baby was ripped apart by a cat. She noted that help from the officials, most likely, will come only after the dog will attack the kids.
In organization “the Ark”, which according to the contract, is responsible for regulation of number of stray animals, said they have been notified of the situation. However, according to the organization, information about a group of stray dogs from Suvorov street were reported.
The cause of death of men is established now by experts, however, primary inspection, it was discovered that the deceased badly torn clothes.
The decision noted that the man’s name was Dmitry, he was 35 years old. The man often drank, however, was a harmless person.
“A harmless person, even if he often drinks! Dima is my former neighbor. And the fact that he was drunk, as many write, that’s no excuse for dogs — written by a resident of the city. My sister was in the spring one year old child in kindergarten for the eldest son, the pack of dogs rushed at her, fought back with a stick. It’s scary!”.
The incident caused a furor in social networks, local residents demand the authorities to take drastic measures to solve the problems associated with stray animals.
