The man in the video in the form of FSUE “Protection” of Regardie expressed dissatisfaction with the past 8 of September elections, and also expressed a vote of no confidence, the new head of the Ula-Ude Igor Shutenkov. “We are against the repression that has gripped our city. Freedom to political prisoners! Detention, were all illegal,” — said resguardar.
He urged his colleagues not to exceed their authority and detain protesters, obeying manifestly illegal orders. “I believe that in our country, in our city everything can be resolved peacefully through negotiations,” he said.
