The Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine is negotiating with two low-cost airlines about the beginning of their work in Ukraine.
This was announced by the Minister of infrastructure Vladimir Omelian.
“2016 is the year of growth of air traffic in Ukraine, and 2017 – low-cost airlines in Ukraine. We see that Rynair is already out. We are now negotiating with two low-cost airlines from Europe. We hope that this year will be successfully completed negotiations on the establishment of another national airline, will provide free competition. And free competition – is unconditional the receiving quality services at a reasonable price, ” he said, not voicing the name of the airline.
Thus, in the development of air transportation Ministry supports the development of airports which have high economic attractiveness’, Odessa, Kharkov, Kherson, Vinnitsa, Chernivtsi.
Omeljan also said that Ryanair, which entered the Ukrainian market, he suggested the announced directions. “They independently suggested itineraries that we have agreed,” the Minister said.
