From may 24, 2017, entered into force the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from March 10, 2017 No. 141, the introduction of mandatory photographs of the mandatory technical inspection of vehicles.
It also increases the amount of information on the results of the mandatory technical inspection of the vehicle that the subjects of implementation of mandatory technical control of vehicles is passed in the Unified state register of the Ministry of interior.
Now you will need to convey:
– the value of the odometer;
– load capacity (for vehicles of category N, O), t;
– operated vehicle as a taxi (Yes / no);
– used vehicle (category N, O) for the carriage of dangerous goods (Yes / no);
data from the brake tester of the test braking performance of the vehicle.
You also need to submit three photos: the external inspection of vehicle, checking lights during the brake system checked by a method of bench testing with fixing the General appearance of the vehicle and license plate.
In this photo you must specify the date of the taking pictures, which should match the time and date of issuance of the Protocol of check of a technical condition. For correct transmission of the results of photographic recording of the process of checking the technical condition of the size of each photo should not exceed 300 KB, resolution should be 640×480 dpi, jpeg extension.
